One Banner

Faced with the threats to their Order, 16 songbird genera from around the world are attempting to form a union. Their representatives gathered under the foliage of the Most Sacred Tree. They have until dawn to reach an agreement. A first session of debate will be held before tonight, during which each participant will have their own speaking time. Then, this night, when the Blood Moon is high in the sky, the speakers will gather again for a second and final session inside the Tree.

You have been chosen to lead the debate. Officially, your role is simply to call each new speaker and ensure that the ceremony goes smoothly. But in these troubled times, you are determined to use your position and all the information you have gleaned about the participants to ensure that all these factions come together under one banner.
